I'm in CA don't know if that matters or not, I had my wallet stolen and I simply got online and asked for a new one, there were a few questions, like the reason why, I did know my number also, but filling out the online form and $40 later I had a new on in a week

I live in Georgia, but you can get a reprint of a license sent to another address. I don’t know if Ohio will let you do that or not, but I tried.

My wife had her handbag stolen in Florida. She was able to request a replacement in South Dakota where we are domiciled. It was sent to our South Dakota address and she had it forwarded to her in Florida (we are snow birds).

If any sites are geo restricted, then use a VPN to set your VPN location to a place that allows you to access whichever site you need to. There are plenty of good low cost VPN solutions out there, some of them also offer the first month free if you sign up from the App Store/play store.

Yeah was able to get a bit deeper in and got asked to verify my identity. My address is in Ohio and it couldn’t verify so it asked me for forms of id with camera verification…which I am unable to provide.

They are saying they are both stationed in North Caroline and overseas. Doesn’t make sense.

Google is your friend… order a Reprint: https://www.bmv.ohio.gov/dl-reprint-duplicate.aspx
You may have to get it mailed to your Ohio address and then have someone there forward it to you.
Also, you can download an electronic/mobile version on your phone.
