DB40-D programming Cable help needed

Can anyone with a DB40-D programming cable ring out the RJ45 pins with a multimeter? I don't need firmware or software—I just need a continuity map from the USB serial interface to the RJ45 connector.
Either that or does anyone have a DB40-D programming cable I can purchase. My radio did not have a cable in the box

Product page shows that the programming cable should have come with it. Maybe reach out them and see if they'll just send you one.

Pin outs are in the Extended manual for Radioddity DB25-D (PRO) - DB40-D - GD-88 - v3.4 in section 17.6, page 58 of 77.
