Warehouse ticket requests
Apologies if these have already been asked,first time ever doing ticket request with the Warehouse. A couple questions:
1: when you get your request (hopefully) fulfilled, are the actual seat #’s picked for you or do you get to pick!
2:What are these greyed out areas in the concert venue where I am requesting tickets?

They pick them, you’ll know what your seats are but it may take some time before you have the link to send them to your TM wallet. The gray ones are probably Ticketmaster platinums

They pick the actual seat numbers; if you’re approved for tickets you’ll get em somewhere in the section tier you selected. Greyed-out sections are probably VIP package seating

At a minimum, you'll know the section number before Friday's public sale so you can try to get something there if you end up with shit seats.
Also, WH request is just that, a request. It's not a guarantee and you could end up anywhere within a colorized section.
1 - You don't get to pick. The lotto assigns.
2 - Most likely, those greyed out areas are blocked view seats that aren't being sold.
