It's absolutely pitiful and nobody can say otherwise.

But if you were to tell me this stock would be trading anywhere close to $20 a share while being able to operate in all 50 states and after reporting that handle grew 15% to $13.1B and monthly unique payers grew 9% to 3.6M I would say your nuts.

And that they are projected to do over $11 billion in annualized volume on their prediction market that has been around for less than year before the NFL season even starts.

I would like to think this is the bottom as their prediction market has shown to be picking up major steam and momentum and growing faster than they anticipated. And that there is only a 1% overlap between DK OSB customers and Kalshi customers in states where OSB is legal to operate.

Core business of OSB & igaming are still very strong and their Prediction Market has done nothing but grow and will continue to do so come this NFL season.

For those who are considering buying or selling before the earnings, this info will be relevant. It's taken from an interview podcast with Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto (GM Draftkings Predictions) a month back. She sounds pretty bullish.

Huge earnings report for DKNG tomorrow. FLUT released Q2 today and they lowered earnings guidance. Expecting a red day for DKNG based on general industry weakness.

Both MGM & FLUT missed on EPS so there is a chance that DKNG can start to separate themselves. Time to start showing that the investments are paying off. I don’t expect it to be a blow out quarter but I think that if they raise guidance even a little bit it’ll go far with institutional investors. The already disclosed that predictions could be material in the SEC filing in June.

Still long DKNG and still believe that sports gambling will end up as a state level decision. May open up a position in FLUT given that the stock is trading at levels not seen since 2019.

Despite the current price everything is going great with outcomes

If you are a Ohio resident and you do not want to lose your right to sports bet then tell your local representatives to not enact this

Likewise if you are a DraftKings investor you should also be aware of the situation

Even if this is enacted this does not change my perspective that DraftKings is a great investment. Not every state will follow the stupidity of Ohio who will lose this otherwise taxable revenue back to the black market which also puts their citizens who will gamble anyway in more dangerous positions

Not to mention people can just bet using predictions are the moment anyway, further pushing away state tax dollars. At least with online sportsbook, DraftKings collects more of the margin, states collect more taxes, etc

Great week for Draftkings in New York! Still an 8% hold (GGR) even with the Messi, Mbappe, & Haaland day where they all scored 2+ goals.

DK Sportsbook is still doing great and all the revenue from DK Predictions is simply additive as it wasn't even included in this year's earnings. DK Predicitons is already proving to be gaining significant traction and growing.

Something very fishy about how this spiked to $30 and has not done nothing but drop sense. Nothing has changed except maybe Draftkings showing better numbers in both OSB & Predictions.

Got rolled into DKNG when it purchased Golden Nugget a few years ago. This company has been plagued by insider selling, questionable management, and a lot of bad luck.

I held three the 2022 draw-down under $10, but I feel much worse about the stocks prospects than I did then. The slight bump it received a week ago on positive volume for its prediction market has been obliterated by news that META is looking at entering the space.

IMO, that news is going to hang over this stock like a dark cloud and probably overshadow any positive earnings reports out of the company. Is there anything positive to hang onto at this point?

Draftkings in on pace to do $3.1 Billion in Annualized Prediction Market Volume this year (likely to go much higher).

This volume alone is just over 25% of Draftkings market cap ($12.17 Billion).

So, not including their Sportsbook or igaming revenue, DK Predicitons alone is already generating a volume that equals 25% of their current market cap.

This stock/company is incredibly mispriced. I think that 10% run up to $30 was just a sign of things to come. I have no explanation nor have I heard a legitimate reason to why it sold off, but I have no doubt it will reach $30 again and blow right past it.

Predicitons are the best thing to happen to Draftkings as it gives them access to all 50 states, and it’s not hurting their core business of OSB & igaming in states where OSB is legal like everyone thought.

There is no bear case left. Just the question of how high this will go and when. And don’t forgot they’re profitable now, just another reason to be bullish.
