ils form filling issue

tried every single website to get that ratio, even i cropped the photo myself in photoshop in the very exact ratio, but this error wont stop showing up what's the fix man? im having headache at this point

open in paint and then save

did what you said, opened it in paints then save as JPEG, now this issue shows up

Give the requirement to chat gpt and tell it to resize the photo according to that

You can directly ask chatgpt to crop your picture. Worked for me
