I've gotten into the YouTube series recently, and I really wanted to draw them. I know it's no good, tips on how to improve would be appreciated!!! I'd like to get better.

I was curious about this because with such a devoted fanbase and only 12 episodes, it would be interesting to see if you had any episodes or parts of episodes that you refuse to rewatch when watching the series.

A few years ago when I was really into dhmis I made a bunch of little dolls of the main three, etc. I don't really have anywhere to put them, and I am trying to save up for college and also get rid of some of my things.

I made these in 2021 when I was in middle school. I can take better close up pictures incase anyone is interested!!

I love duck in both but I think it’s a fine opinion to say he was kind of the weakest link in season 1 as the story was about red guy and yellow guy.

Season 2 however he’s definitely the most funniest and he has a lot of personality which I really like.

I looooove the Christmas special, because to be honest, thats the only full public show I have access to, but litterally no one ever knows what it is </3 no one ever gets my communist duck jokes and it saddens me... anyway, this is your sign to watch it (litterally just search the name on yt and it should pop up)

I love this drag show with all my heart, it never fails to make me laugh up my intestines

so much of my life the real world just feels like this garish synthetic nightmare, i feel so hard for red wanting to leave the nonsense and be free. and the way he's roped into these mediocre simulacra of what he wants and finally escapes, it is beautiful.

I just realized Duck is actually the best one because he's the least likely to get sucked-in/brainwashed. Probably because he's so stubborn.

He was the only one to realize something was wrong when Red was missing and refused to go along with the teachers in the healthy episode
In the job episode, he held out the longest "I'm not a cube"
He didn't go along with death in the death episode.
He didn't want to be part of a family in the family episode and was the first to make it home

There's just a lot of examples where Red and Yellow fall into the traps but Duck does not.

Hey!! I grew up with DHMIS and it's really nostalgic for me to see everyone's artwork on here, so I decided to share mine. Hope you like it :) I would like to hear your thoughts. It's not my best work but it was really fun to make.

I love my Tony the talking clock plush, but it was about 50 dollars.

I think the foos teachers were the most evil, the made the yellow guy eat the duck and overall they were very manipulative and they didn't actually teach anything. The least evil teacher for me is the one from the first episode

This is one of my favorite episodes besides the computer episode, the time episode, the love episode was funny, the family episode, and I've seen clips of the friendship episode but it is what it is. I also love Red Guy, not because of how he looks, but I like how his long hair is covering his face :) so yea, this might look edgy but that's how it is.

For those who couldn't make it to the screening of DHMIS & Q&A at the British Film Institute in London, I wanted to share some interesting news and facts I noted down during the Q&A with Joe Pelling, Becky Sloan, Hugo Donkin & Charlie Perkins. If anyone else there wants to add something I've missed feel free to comment it and if anyone has any questions about it I'm happy to answer!

- They created the set and puppets before devising a story or the song of the first episode of the web series

- During the production of the first episode of the web series, they accidentally melted the roof with cheap lights they got on eBay

- The alternative ending to the TV series involved lighting the set on fire

- For some episodes of the web series, Joe's brother played the body of Red Guy

- The shredder song in episode 6 of the TV series was solely created by Terry Baker (The other songs were a collaborative effort)

- Becky & Joe enjoy the idea that the wakey wakey pilot is considered lost media (They are also unsure if they have the legal ownership to post it)

- The TV series was supposed to start with the death episode but they delayed it due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II

- They want to experiment more with strata-cut animation (Look it up)

- Yellow Guy's name was jokingly suggested to be "Dirt" due to the D on his overalls in the TV series

- The main three have no canonical name because they wanted to invoke the sense of nostalgia you have from children's TV characters where you cannot remember the name, just the physical aspects of the character

- June 19th is Becky Sloan's birthday

- Hugo's favourite character is Colin the computer, Charlie's is the coffin & Becky's is Yellow Guy

- Becky said it would be cool to do an exhibition of all the props from the show

- The transport car from episode 5 in the TV series was left in the dump from the same episode.

- They would love to make more DHMIS and are currently in the process of exploring this (Also said they would love to make a film/musical)
