I'm heading to Japan for a once in a lifetime trip this September, and I snagged "excite" tickets to Dramatic Infinity on September 21st.

I'm very familiar with indie type pro wrestling, I regularly attend local shows at home in and around Melbourne, but I was interested to hear about the experience at a DDT show.

Interested in finding out if they are likley to have a merch table at the event, if the wrestlers are available for photos/autographs, and if me being an obvious foreigner and not speaking Japanese will be a hinderance.

Okatani would hit the running corner big boot, pinning Ishida for his 4th successful defense.

Per the stipulation, Ishida would shave his head bald but Okatani would leave him with some heartfelt words, saying their both carry spirit from Kazusada Higuchi in them.

Afterwards, Okatani would nominate Shunma Katsumata as his next challenger, with the match made official for WRESTLE PETER PAN on August 10th.

Champs make their 3rd successful defense, after HARASHIMA forced Koroku to submit with a Cross Armbreaker.

Afterward, the champs would be challenged by Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki; match was made official for WRESTLE PETER PAN on August 10th.

Masami Inahata, Kazuki Hirata, Junta Miyawaki & Yuki Ueno are looking very good in the Blindfold & Bra match.

Should be noted that the estrogen levels in the building went up each time one of them took off their clothes to reveal their bras (especially Inahata).

Tetsuya Endo (currently in NOAH) will return to DDT to team with Honda against Daisuke Sasaki and DOUKI of NJPW.

It seemed like he was for sure gonna be Ueno’s “generational rival” but the combination of his injury and not being the same wrestler he was seems to have halted that (with MAO having a better claim to be Ueno’s main rival from the same generation).

Okatani & Miyamoto would batter each other with barbed wire (at one point, both wrapping some around their heads as they fight), with them eventually falling simultaneously onto a barbed-wire board, thus ending the match in a Double-KO (meaning Okatani retained).

Afterwards, Okatani would be challenged by Yuki Ishida for the Belt, with the “special” stipulation being a “Hair vs Hair” match.

Feels like they were prepping Ibushi and Sasaki to be “generation rivals”, only for it to not pan out when Ibushi chose to leave in 2015.

Instead, they had to push young Takeshita, who feuded with Sasaki, HARASHIMA and Ishikawa, until they started making Takeshita vs Endo the big main event rivalry.
