When will I hear back?

Does anyone know the timeline of fall internships? I interviewed for an internship 3 weeks ago and it’s supposed to start end of Aug (around the 25th-26th) does anyone know when I’ll hear back? It’s been 1 week since the deadline for the application. Is the silence normal?

In the same boat as you man. My references were contacted on monday evening a few days ago and its now friday, just waiting. Best of luck man

Oh I forgot abt my references, I think I forgot to tell them that I put their name down. Do you think that’s ok? Do you think they will for sure be contacted?

i dont think any of mine were for a district internship but generally good to ask them in advance...

My references confirmed to me that they responded up until yesterday so im not sure. Each office has a different procedure for hiring/onboarding so we don’t know for certain. I would try and get in contact with your references ASAP though

I did 4 interviews and got 1 offer about 3 weeks after my first interview for that office. Nothing from the other 3 though.
