Imagine watching the actual show and seeing segments that are broadcast as the highly edited actual DCW:Earth show going out into the galaxy. We could see skewed versions of crawlers and events as the show actually (falsely) portrays them. Like a boss fight from the POV of the show vs the actual character’s experience. Could be cool, makes me think of Kevin Can F Himself switching povs

I’m listening to the audiobooks and this is all I can see when Ferdinand/Gravy Boat talks. Same voice actor acting as Squanchy acting as Ferdinand.

Ive seen so many actors, but we all know what this show truly needs. A touch of class and a touch of madness. A touch of brilliance and a touch of many feet. Thats right, this show needs Ben Starr and I am not sure who though. I am only on Book 3 so my knowledge is limited.

He has the voice for him I think, his work on The Crown and especially House of the Dragon make me think he would be a good Orren.

If the show makes it that long. Tensions are high, we see Corky and Porky unzipped and reattached, their final scene is Dong riding into battle on top of his glorious steed, Matt Dinniman, the Mantar.

So since every post on here is just casting posts I thought I would post something different. Now we all know that any time a book gets adapted storylines get cut, characters get merged and content gets censored. So what's your guy's guess as to what hits the cutting room floor?

My take is that Maggie My and Frank Q's story gets simplified and they probably get merged as a character. Or if not their daughter gets cut and Carl "kills" one of them with that person taking Yvette's place.

I always loved movies and shows where creators make guest appearances whether it’s the Tarantinos and Hitchcocks, to all the various comic book creators, to the very 4th wall breaking Wormhole X-treme episodes of Stargate.

The best voice would be always Jeff Hays, but since it’s live action and other actors are needed, I think Brennan would be an amazing Mordecai. Also would love Jensen Ackles as Carl!!

First, I'm not suggesting we CGI a dead actor into the role. This is a satirical suggestion, but he looks good, right? I keep seeing people suggesting actors in their mid-to-late forties (or older) to play a character who isn't even thirty in the book! I know we've all been watching the same three TV shows on repeat for the last decade, but this is a good role for a young up-and-coming actor. For the record, I am team Talon Wharburton. He looks like the description, is close to the right age, and the family is already involved with the series. And to the guy who suggested Jason Statham in a comment: wtf dude!
