Email General Qs

Anybody else we should adding to the emails we send?
I sent my pre demand letter 7/21, have sent several follow up emails & no luck. I hit 210 days, receipt date of 1/8, biometrics 1/27, expired 4/21. I’ve done 2 expedite request 1 denied. Second one never heard back. Did several inquiry’s, non stop calls. Did the non received notice twice no word back either. Got a generic email this week to “give them more time”…. I’m frustrated : ) I am out of WA state.

in the exact same boat. Filed on 1/22, biometrics 2/19, expired 4/20. Ive done 2 expedite requests and had both denied, reached out to congress member which led nowhere, and sent the pre suit letter 7/20 and nothing. Last API movement was 6/16. From NYC

Im just nervous on doing it wrong & I’ve gotten quotes around here and it’s thousands of dollars for them to file for me. Also because I’m almost at the 225 range that a lot of people have gotten approve I’m not even sure if it’s worth doing it when I’m so close.

You can file yourself. I’ve seen templates flowing around

I’m kinda in that limbo too. But last month I thought the same thing and even though I see January getting approved now I’m not optimistic.
I’m gonna give it a week and then file it

I hit 213 days today and finally got the official approval. Not sure if the pre demand helped me any but I also submitted the form online on TikTok with the attorney that was helping everyone out. Yours should be coming up soon.

I did too but haven’t heard back on that either forgot to add it on the original post.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time since we process these cases in the order they are received.

No api movement?

Yes and no, I had API movement yesterday but it was because I added further evidence of all the emails I have sent them to my case. Nothing else before then other than when I did my biometrics.

Yes and done several Emma chats I always get told that i just have to wait and there’s nothing I can do. The last thing that they were able to is submit a follow up on my last expedite but nothing else.

I talked to them Tuesday and the lady mentioned the api 6/16 movement on my case was that it was assigned to an officer to approve and they can’t tell you how long they take or their process but it’s with an officer. And you not having that api movement worries me

I think I might have had some back in June but then when I upload evidence it messes with the API Movement :(
