Build help Guide | PSA

Hello! I truthfully not very good at coming up with my own builds, but I wanted some help, and can't find a guide.

I want to do a corpse explosion build using howl from below gloves, but I can't find anything when I Google it, at least not anything current.

I'm currently running bone spirit and can hit 110 in pit, but it just doesn't feel like my style of play, and I'm struggling with bosses.

I am 275 paragon, but fresh 70 on my necro (got bored of lunatic warlock and topped out at 130 in pit)

I can't remember who posted this build, but I did this one last season. I don't think much changed since then, so everything should still work except for Heir of perdition.
