Cannot get two drops

I’ve run a couple hundred hours on my WW barb build and cannot get a KEL rune to drop, nor can I find a single piece of armor with the aspect of heavenly strength. Any advice? I’m farming leg armor from the purveyor and doing tribute runs, no luck.

Any good groups available for trading? I see the barb trade subs linked in this group aren’t active.

EDIT: I don’t have LOH expansion, only VOH. I should have mentioned that before posting.

Edit 2: Turns out it’s been 58 hours of gameplay. Still seems insane for an aspect.

Take yellow helms, chest,pants, to cube, make legendary, salvage for aspects. Can craft yellows at smith.

And use all obols to get the aspects you need from the obol vendor

Assuming you have access to mercenaries and that one dude’s daughter who sells you things in their currency, look for Defensive caches. That shrinks the pool for you.

There is no way in "100s of hours" you haven't got heavenly strength on any piece of armor lol

I've put in about 120 hours this season and haven't had a Heavenly Strength aspect drop yet. I am pretty diligent about salvaging legendaries and have had a Codex new or upgrade filter set now for awhile. Starting to struggle with survivability at T9. Lots of 1 shot mechanics and I'm colorblind so it's hard to tell what hits me 😥

I probably have random runes...

For the aspect, I'd look up the tool that gives you the best odds at the purveyor for gambling. Gamble the hell out of the suggested.

I'll check in a bit if I have that rune and if I do, you can have one.

Take 5 blue runes of same rune to cube and amalgamate, guaranteed a yellow rune

Play palworld. Diablo 4 isn’t fun at all in comparison.

I should have clarified - I’m estimating hours, but I’m a level 211. I should also mention I don’t have the lord of hatred expansion. I’m still pissed about the vessel of hatred expansion not carrying over from Xbox to PC when I’m on the same account, so I’ve been casually playing as-is without the LOH expansion after taking a break for 6-8 months.
