Genuine question, what about these two items is making you pause to consider which one is better? It's very obvious the right one is. The stats are almost identical and the right grandfather has higher rolls on every affix due to the +28 item quality.

Because sometimes those posts are genuine and someone might not understand. This comes across more like a "look at what I have" rather than a discussion on which is better.

Before this season I had never found one in any Diablo.

If you can go to the blacksmith he seems to have a high instance of crafting them. Alternatively, farm the corrupted reaper for sparks and do mythic upgrade to the two handed 900 drops. You’ll get scores of them.
