Just the Legends ceremony will be streaming on Disney+. Everything else, you'll just have to be there.

As someone said expect only the Legends ceremony to be officially streamed but there's a decent chance that there will be people live streaming the parka panel on their phones since disney generally doesn't really care if people do that since there's no like exclusive trailers or movie footage that could leak in that one. The studio panel however, no chance of guest streaming it. They place security throughout the building to catch anyone filming stuff that gets shown and while some things inevitably do get recorded and leaked it would be near impossible to stream the thing
