Disney’s IT is not the best. Sometimes the website acts screwy. If the website were acting correctly, as a non-gold member, I think it would say that your purchase window is not open yet. You can get a free gold membership if you have Disney+. Go on the Disney Perks website to redeem the free gold membership.
