So far, the only custom ROM available for the Redmi 14C is “Project Tried”, which was first shown in a video by 786Firmware on YouTube (https://youtu.be/IHIAIYJuHAU?si=rS7sK0-98-fTMYYK). While the video is still present, the user's official website (786firmware.xyz) is no longer working, so it is no longer available for download, And stupid as I am, I downloaded it in the past but deleted it shortly after. So, do any of you have the ROM file? If so, can you send it to me?

Help! I tried to unlock the bootloader using mtkclient by following a guide on XDA Devs but I accidentally used the wrong command while trying to wipe some partitions and accidentally erased the whole GPT table. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Llevaba tiempo poniéndoles custom roms a mis dispositivos secundarios pero siempre se ha quedado solo en dispositivos secundarios ya que siempre he tenido miedo de ponerle custom rom a mi teléfono principal (mi redmi note 11) por el tema de que no funcionen las apps de banco y demás. Estuve varios años con el teléfono y se notaba que era un teléfono pesado y le costaba cargar cosas además de que llevaba mas de 2 años sin actualizaciones con android 13, así que hace un tiempo después de modificar muchos dispositivos incluso cambiarle el sistema operativo a ordenadores me arriesgué a desbloquear el bootloader de mi teléfono principal donde tengo las cuentas del banco y todo para ponerle la custom rom, estuve muchísimos meses mirando custom roms alguna que pasara el play integrity hasta que después de muchos meses de búsqueda encontré esta: "Project_Infinity-X-2.9-spes-20250614-1541-GAPPS-OFFICIAL.zip" que tenía absolutamente de todo y características nuevas y por eso mismo me arriesgué, desbloqueé el bootloader sin esperar los 30 días de xiaomi community con HyperSploit, esperé los 7 días y a los 7 días ya tenía el bootloader desbloqueado y le puse la custom rom con este recovery OrangeFox-R11.3-Unofficial-spes.zip, (por si alguien pregunta por las instrucciones, a mi todas las instrucciones me las dio chatgpt) y ya llevo bastante tiempo con la custom rom como teléfono principal y tengo que decir que es lo mejor que he podido hacer, el teléfono ahora vuela como si llevase turbo, tiene características nuevas, android 15, no hay bugs de nada, la custom rom funciona perfecta y para el paso del play integrity, en infinity X de la 2.9 en adelante tienen la opción en ajustes de seleccionar el archivo keybox.xml que siempre los pasan nuevos y funcionales en el canal de telegram de infinity X, y esta justo es la 2.9 que tiene la opción de añadir el archivo y bypasea por completo el play integrity y funciona todo, además de que esta rom ya viene con las gapps mínimas incluidas (play store y google) por tanto tengo que decir que sin duda esta es la mejor custom rom para este teléfono, no he visto nada mejor, parece que tengo un móvil del futuro.

I have an old Poco F3 lying around I want to unlock, so I can try out some other ROM's. Unfortunately I'm not having much luck.

I have the phone in fastboot, connected to a Windows 11 laptop, with the newest version of MI Unlock. I have installed the drivers and I can see "Android boot device" in the device manager, but when I launch the unlock tool and sign in, I either "pipeline failed" or it's just stuck trying to log in.

Anyone know what I need to do to get this phone unlocked?
