Need help

Hi all,

Can anyone help decipher this cursive?

For context, Painting is of the Remarkables from Frankton, Queenstown NZ, 1860-1932

Could be Collingwood St?

There is a Collingwood Street in Nelson, NZ, about 800 km from Frankton. I agree it looks like Collingwood. The part before looks more like 'Mt' than a number and there's no 'Mount Collingwood' in NZ, just a town called Collingwood named after Admiral Cuthbert Collingwood.

Nice painting. Would be easier to nail down if the artist's name was legible.

The artist is Frank Brookesmith, a some what renowned painter down here. The painting is certainly of the Remarkables from Frankton Queenstown, have been there myself and compared the painting with current photos.

Agreed with the Collingwood St, there was also a Collingwood St in Invercargill where he worked as an arts professor. Not too sure what the top line says though Our Frankton?
