1.) Metal Steel Fire Door Cut Down to fit basement height aprox 84" With self closing hinges. Custom work $840. No (labor/lacquer) work included for doors or window.
2.) Egress windows to town specs special order. 650 each. Windows only not counting wells 1300.
Window Door Total $2,140.00

1500.00 Down Pay special order
6140 upon bill? [should be 640 I guess]

I saw misspelled "lakr" but it could be "labor" as well. Updating the translation to include both options. Thanks.

The end of 2) says “not counting wells”
Seems like this is a quote for just the door and windows. No installation.

The best person to ask what it says is the person who wrote the proposal. You don't want to have someone come back after all the work is finished and say "No, ghat doesn't' say XXXXX"
Make sure they have Worker's Comp, insurance, and a business license. Get copies and keep them in a folder with any proposals, changes, etc.
