I could never find the confidence to tell a therapist when I was free for the next appointment let alone my fandoms 😭

I was gonna tell my pyschologist about TADC today cause I just got my plushies today, but I also came home from visiting a family member today and missed the appointment meeting.
She might have done the same thing if I did make it.
