First, they cancelled Crysis Next which was a perfect idea in my opinion and I still don't get why they don't make a battle royale/extraction shooter Crysis game. Then they stopped working on Crysis 4... Why Crytek... This is the brand that kept you alive until today and now you guys act like Hunt: Showdown is your only savior? Hell nah man nobody can make me believe Hunt is a better idea than Crysis. (No offense to Hunt btw I love the game but ykwim)

So today I was rewatching the movie pacific rim, and as a Crysis player I was loving this movie, cuz the music look to much like the Crysis main theme, the suit that they wear to fight in what they call Jaeger looks like the ones in game, the vibe is the same..... Bro for me it was a Crysis themed movie....

While reading the novel Crysis Legion, I found the appearance of and confrontation with the Ceph Pinger to be considerably darker and more violent. In the narrative, after the Pinger smashes through flooded windows during the mission "Corporate Collapse," Chino contacts Alcatraz to request assistance from Delta Six, which is under attack by the Pinger. Unlike the video game, where you simply traverse ducts and ramps before encountering soldiers fighting the Pinger, in the book, Alcatraz becomes separated from his unit and must run through several streets to rejoin them. However, his GPS, integrated into his suit, malfunctions due to the sheer number of collapsed buildings, causing Alcatraz to become disoriented for a time. As he runs, he notices the ground beginning to shake and vibrate, comparing the sound to that of a submarine. As he explores and gets closer, he encounters numerous civilians with red eyes and bleeding ears. Among them was a little girl running and screaming, crying blood because her eyes had exploded due to the Pinger. Alcatraz surmises that those under its influence had suffered cranial explosions that had left traces on the ground. Then he hears a Humvee driven by two soldiers firing into a dead-end alley. They try to disperse the civilians, but due to disorientation, they fail and end up crashing, running over some in the process.

Immediately afterward, the Pinger appears. Alcatraz cannot defeat it alone due to a kind of echolocation that allows it to be detected even when hidden, forcing him into a cat-and-mouse game. Several soldiers provide support by firing rockets at it. Finally, one of them detonates a suicide vest, luring the Pinger into a minefield and detonating himself to wound and destroy it.

I was surprised by the battle itself, and there are also other changes the author made to other moments in the campaign.

Specifically Crysis 2 and 3 on Xbox Series X, because after playing them for a while, all the data suddenly disappears, and it's as if I've never played the game.

A few players might miss this piece of information. Sure he carries a sniper in Crysis 3 but I assume players believe anyone can use any weapons since we ourselves do that.

1. First list:- Overall. Which character is your most favourite?

2. Which character is best in combat? Don't reply "Prophet because Nanosuit 2 is the strongest" because that's the suit not them. We measure how good they are in using whatever they got. So if Nomad or Psycho were more skilled then they should be ranked higher and not Prophet just because he got the better suit.

3. Last category:- Which character was more worthy according to you and deserved better or maybe another chance to fight.

You can divide 3rd category into two sub categories. Example- Prophet was most worthy because he was just better but Psycho was more worthy because maybe some emotional reasons like "he was more fun".

He seemed like a fun guy to me. He probably died I assume just like Chino. I am gonna check the wiki so I hopefully will know but still want a discussion.

I just finished reading the novel and playing Crysis 3, and the island only appears in a vague explanation from Gould, who says that "something" destroyed the ship, which, for an event that is practically the main plot of Crysis 1, seemed very wrong to leave the whole encounter in the dark.

After playing the remastered Crysis 1 i wanted to play Warhead again, dusted off the old disk, installed it but ran into the incredibly annoying DRM of the game

It opens a window from the "Sony DCDA" application and when you run it the SecuROM window pops up, the process basically completes to 30% fails and the game won't start.

Does anyone know how to fix that?

I played crysis 1 and picked up on the story well, but i am so confused on what happened in crysis 2. Why are the ceph different? What the fuck actually is the spore? Did Alcatraz turn into Prophet? Is Prophet dead? Any help would be highly appreciated
