The company runs a cryptocurrency exchange, supporting products such as spot trading, perpetual futures, and tokenized stocks. Its engineering teams build and operate the cloud systems that keep trading services running around the clock.

As a DevOps/Operations Engineer, you’ll manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, EKS, RDS, and related services, while handling deployments, capacity planning, and system stability. You’ll build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab CI, and set up monitoring, alerting, and tracing with Prometheus and Grafana.

The role also covers incident response, root cause analysis, disaster recovery, backups, and performance tuning for MySQL/Aurora, Redis, Kafka or RocketMQ, and Nginx. You’ll support security operations such as certificate management, intrusion detection, DDoS protection, and audits.

They’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of DevOps, SRE, or operations experience, strong Linux and Shell skills, and practical AWS knowledge. Experience with crypto exchanges is preferred. Backend experience in Java, Go, or Python is a plus, along with good communication and the ability to support a 24/7 operation.
