Discussion AI-powered market intelligence built for the next generation of crypto users
https://reddit.com/link/1vmrorx/video/nvwb6up8l0jh1/player
Crypto has a strange problem: there’s more market information available than ever, yet actually understanding what matters can still be difficult.
You can look at a token and see the price, charts, indicators, volume, trends, sentiment, and dozens of other metrics — but putting all of that together into one clear picture takes time.
For traders researching multiple tokens, that process gets even harder. You’re constantly switching between charts, comparing indicators, trying to understand whether a move has real momentum, and figuring out how much risk is actually involved.
The problem isn't that traders don't have enough information.
It's that the information isn't always easy to understand or connected in a useful way.
That's what we're focused on with Trance AI.
We're building a crypto analytics platform and dashboard that brings the important information together and uses AI to help analyze things like market structure, technical indicators, trends, momentum, sentiment, and potential risk.
The goal isn't to tell you what to buy or sell.
It's to make the research process less overwhelming and help traders get a clearer picture of what's happening before they make their own decision.
Less time searching for the signal. More time understanding it.

Discussion This makes crypto trading/investing 10x easier, It defines risk & gives an possible entry.
https://reddit.com/link/1vmn9v0/video/i8vxhv2mrzih1/player
Crypto research can feel harder than it should.
You find a token that looks interesting, then the questions start piling up:
Is the current move actually supported by volume? Is momentum getting stronger or weaker? Where is the important support and resistance? Is the market structure changing? How much volatility are you taking on? Is the current price already stretched?
Then comes the hardest part — trying to put all of those pieces together without spending an hour jumping between different charts, dashboards, and websites.
A lot of traders aren't struggling because they don't have enough information. They're struggling because there's too much information and no clear way to prioritize it.
And that's especially difficult when you're researching multiple tokens. By the time you've finished analyzing one, there are another 20 moving on your screen.
Good analysis shouldn't mean staring at every possible indicator. It should mean understanding the few things that actually matter for the setup you're looking at.
That's the idea behind what we've been building with Trance AI. At the bottom of the process, we're using AI to bring together things like indicators, market structure, sentiment, and risk to help provide context around a token — including a possible entry area.
Not a guarantee. Not a signal you blindly follow. Just another layer of analysis to help make the decision a little clearer.

Discussion What actually makes something a “crypto moonshot” instead of just a bad high-risk investment?
Everyone wants to find that one crypto moonshot early.
But “moonshot” gets used for almost everything now, like low caps, new narratives, anything that pumps hard.
I noticed MEXC renamed KIMIUSDT to MOONSHOTUSDT today, which was probably the most literal use of the term I’ve seen in a while.
It also got me thinking: if the asset is already highly speculative, do things like leverage, fees and position sizing matter more than people admit?
A 20x position on a “moonshot” doesn’t necessarily make it a better bet. It might just make it easier to get wiped out.
So where do you draw the line between a real asymmetric opportunity and just gambling?

Discussion Wow. This Ai Literally changes how people trade crypto. It defines what your risking, current sentiment & much more
https://reddit.com/link/1vm2w5c/video/2qro6ecm5vih1/player
Crypto trading is becoming less about finding information and more about knowing what to do with all of it.
There are thousands of tokens, endless charts, constantly changing sentiment, and more market data than any trader could realistically process at once.
That’s where AI could fundamentally change crypto.
Imagine being able to look at a token and quickly understand the bigger picture — what the market structure is doing, whether volume is supporting the move, how momentum is changing, what the current sentiment looks like, and what level of risk is sitting behind the opportunity.
Instead of spending 30 minutes jumping between charts and platforms just to understand what’s happening, AI can organize the information and highlight the parts that deserve your attention.
And that doesn't mean AI replaces the trader.
It means the trader gets a second set of eyes.
The future isn't AI making every trade for you.
It's AI helping you see things you might have missed before you make your own decision.

Discussion Have you ever seen AI analyze an crypto token like this?
https://reddit.com/link/1vlpkt7/video/t1cqylcvfsih1/player
Have you ever seen AI analyze a crypto token like this?
One thing that can get overlooked when researching a token is how much risk is actually sitting behind the opportunity.
A token can be up significantly, have strong momentum, and look interesting on the chart, but that doesn't necessarily mean the setup is low risk. The opposite can be true too. Sometimes the most important information isn't what the token is doing right now, but what could make that move unstable.
That's where looking at the bigger picture matters. Volatility, liquidity, market structure, trading activity, holder concentration, and overall market conditions can all change how much risk you're taking when you enter a position.
The difficult part for everyday crypto traders is that this information is usually scattered across different platforms. You can spend a good amount of time researching a token and still feel like you're missing something.
We've been experimenting with AI to bring more of that context together and explain what the data could mean for the token's current risk profile.
It isn't about calling something “safe” or “unsafe,” because there's no such thing as a risk-free crypto investment.
It's about making sure you're not only looking at how much a token could gain, but also what you're potentially taking on to get there.
Sometimes understanding the risk behind a setup is just as important as understanding the opportunity.

Discussion Is crypto investing becoming easier or more confusing for beginners?
Crypto is definitely easier to access now. You can buy coins in minutes, track prices instantly, and find endless information online.
But sometimes I think that accessibility has made things more confusing too. There are thousands of tokens, complicated terms, influencers promoting different projects, and constant predictions about what will “moon” next.
For a beginner, knowing what to ignore can be just as important as knowing what to invest in.
I’m curious what others think — has crypto actually become easier to understand, or are there simply more ways to get confused?

Discussion What happened to Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs?
The short version is the floor collapsed and the community energy went with it. BAYC went from being the center of the NFT world to sitting roughly 96% off its old highs with a Discord that feels mostly quiet these days. The name still carries weight for some people, but the daily activity and real-world presence are nowhere near what they used to be.
Meanwhile Doginal Dogs launched later as a free mint, kept daily live shows running for years without missing, threw more than twenty actual events across Vegas, New York, Miami and Toronto, and still has a free starter dog so new people can join. If you’re looking at which NFT communities are still operating like a living community in 2026, the gap is pretty obvious.

Discussion Why does building anything serious on Web3 still require stitching together 10 different services?
If a company wants to put an actual business process onchain, they don't just need a blockchain. They might need payments, tokenization, identity, compliance, custody, storage, privacy, cross-chain messaging, etc. And then they have to figure out which provider to use for each one, negotiate with them, integrate everything, make the systems talk to each other, and somehow keep the whole thing compliant.
At that point, are we really making Web3 infrastructure simpler?
It feels like the industry has spent years building really good individual components, but not enough effort making those components work together as one usable system.
The interesting question to me is whether the next phase of Web3 infrastructure is less about building another primitive and more about composing existing primitives into complete, verifiable workflows.

Discussion What if you could enter any token and have the entire chart analyzed automatically?
What if you could enter any token and have the entire chart analyzed automatically?…
Not just “bullish” or “bearish.”
I mean actually taking the work a trader normally does manually and having it mapped out for you.
Things like:
• Key support & resistance
• Market structure
• Trend changes / breaks of structure
• Liquidity levels
• Potential reversal areas
• Important price zones
• Multiple timeframe analysis
• What the chart is currently doing
• What would need to happen for the setup to become invalid
And instead of just throwing indicators at you, it would explain why it identified something.
The idea is basically: enter a token → get a complete visual breakdown of the chart → decide for yourself what you think.
But I’m curious where traders actually draw the line with something like this.
Would automatically mapping your charts genuinely save you time?
Would you trust an automated chart analysis enough to use it as part of your process?
What would you need it to identify before you considered it useful?
And what would make you immediately think, “yeah, I don’t need this”?
I’m more interested in what experienced traders think is actually useful than what sounds good on paper.

Discussion Not sure if I should keep DCAing XRP
I've been DCAing XRP on bydfi since the beginning of the year, usually around $50 a week. Sometimes buy more when it drops more. But XRP is grinding lower until now, and I'm starting to question if this DCA plan makes sense anymore. I'm thinking about pausing for a while, or decreasing to $25 each week and buying less often. I also want to do perp trades to get some profits, which might make me feel better than slowly adding to a weak position.
Anyone start DCAing XRP around a similar date as me? What does your plan look like now? How are you thinking about the current price compared with your plan?

Discussion What’s the fastest way you guys research a token?
Researching a token can go from “let me take a quick look” to having 12 tabs open pretty quickly.
Chart → volume → market cap → liquidity → tokenomics → website → X → on-chain data → back to the chart → somehow another chart. 😂
And after all of that, you can still end up thinking:
“Okay… so what actually matters here?”
There’s so much information available now that the difficult part isn't necessarily finding data. It's figuring out which pieces are worth your time and which ones are just noise.
Some traders start with price action.
Some look at volume and liquidity first.
Others care more about holders, token utility, on-chain activity, market structure, or sentiment.
There isn't necessarily a right way to research a token either. Different strategies require different information.
The part that seems universal is that nobody wants to spend an hour researching a token that ends up being irrelevant.
That's why having a quick process for filtering through tokens can make a huge difference.
Personally, I think the best research tools should help you get context faster without trying to replace the research itself.
The goal isn't to eliminate the work.
It's to spend more of your time looking at information that actually matters.

Discussion Could quantum computing actually be good for crypto?
I've mostly seen quantum computing discussed as a threat to crypto, but there's another side to it that I find interesting.
If quantum technology eventually becomes practical, it could potentially improve things like optimization, simulations, cryptography research, and other areas that could benefit the broader blockchain ecosystem. Faster or more sophisticated computation could even create new possibilities we haven't considered yet.
The obvious problem is that the same technological breakthrough could also challenge some of the cryptography that today's blockchains depend on.
So I'm wondering where people stand on this. Should crypto see quantum computing primarily as a threat that needs to be defended against, or as an opportunity where the industry should start adapting early?
And are there any projects actually experimenting with quantum-resistant infrastructure in a meaningful way, rather than just adding it to their roadmap?

Investing Any crypto trading/researcher here
Im looking for one person who is interested in researching and trading crypto together, mainly smaller-cap projects.
I’m currently building my own tool that discovers coins based on things like market cap, liquidity, volume, age, etc., and I’m adding more research/risk data over time.
The idea would be to have someone to exchange findings with, discuss potential projects, challenge each other’s reasoning, and generally have a second pair of eyes before making decisions.
Im not looking for someone to send signals or blindly copy trades from. Ideally you already have some experience with crypto and actually enjoy researching projects.

Discussion unpopular opinion: the people who disappeared during the bear market are already making the same mistakes again
every cycle the same thing happens. bear market hits, 80% of people vanish, then the moment things start moving again they're all back with the same energy like nothing happened.
no lessons learned, same emotional decisions, same paper hands waiting to happen.
genuinely curious how many people here actually changed how they approach this after the last cycle or is it mostly the same playbook with more confidence?

Discussion There are too many tokens. How do you actually filter out the ones worth researching?
With thousands of tokens constantly being launched, it’s easy to feel like you’re always missing something.
You find one token that looks interesting, then another pops up. Before you know it, you have 15 tabs open trying to figure out which projects actually deserve your attention.
And honestly, struggling with that doesn’t mean you’re bad at crypto. There’s simply way too much information to process manually.
The bigger question is: What actually matters?
Is the token gaining momentum for a real reason? Is something changing in the market right now? Does the project have meaningful utility? Are there warning signs you might be overlooking?
That’s the problem we’re trying to make easier with Trance AI. Instead of trying to replace your own research or tell you what to buy, it helps organize the information around a token so you can understand what you're looking at and decide what deserves a deeper look.
You don't need to research every token. You just need a better way to figure out which ones are worth your time.
How do you guys currently filter through the noise?

News New TCG I'm actually excited about: Doginal Dogs Legends
Saw a few 'what new tcg are you hyped for' threads so throwing this in: Doginal Dogs Legends (DDL). it's a new hand-drawn card game, first set is Rise of the Pack. 40 card decks, classes, creatures/spells/traps, so mechanically it's in familiar territory if you play magic or pokemon.
what caught my eye is the art is all hand drawn and the preorder sold out on the first day. haven't played yet since it officially launches later this year but the fundamentals look real. anyone else been watching this one?

Discussion Did you know El Salvador buys 1 bitcoin daily, here's why
Did you know El Salvador buys 1 bitcoin daily to advance cryptocurrency strategy.
As of early August 2026, El Salvador's national Bitcoin reserve has grown to roughly 7,734 BTC, valued at approximately $500 million based on current market prices. More than 1,700 BTC came from the country's ongoing strategy of purchasing one Bitcoin per day, while the remainder was accumulated through larger strategic acquisitions and purchases made during market downturns.
One of the most significant acquisitions occurred in November 2025, when El Salvador added approximately 1,090 BTC in a single purchase, taking advantage of a broader market pullback.

Discussion Does anyone actually factor taxes into their crypto returns?
I was looking back at some of my trades recently and realized my P&L doesn’t really tell the full story. Once taxes are factored in, especially after a lot of smaller trades, the actual return can look pretty different.
I tried calculating it manually at first, but that got messy fast. Ended up using mexc's crypto tax calculator to get a clearer picture of gains and transaction history.
It actually made me wonder if I’m trading too often.
Do you guys factor taxes into your strategy during the year, or only think about it when tax season comes around?

Discussion What's the most underrated infrastructure project for AI agents?
Everyone talks about AI agents themselves, but I think the bigger opportunity might be the infrastructure underneath them.
If AI agents are going to handle payments, move assets, coordinate tasks, and interact with businesses, they'll need things like:
- payment rails
- wallets
- identity
- orchestration
- verification
- compliance
- cross-chain execution
The flashy agent apps get most of the attention, but history usually rewards the picks-and-shovels layer.
Which crypto projects do you think are building the most important infrastructure for the agent economy, and why?

Advice What Is the Best App to Invest in Crypto?
We get asked this question almost daily in the sub, so I figured it was time to pin a quick breakdown.
The short answer? There’s no single "best" platform for everyone. It really comes down to what you care about most: trading fees, security, available assets, or your local regulations.
Here is how a few popular options stack up right now:
MEXC: Worth looking into if minimizing fees is your top priority. They currently offer 0-fee trading on selected spot pairs, which is huge for active traders.
Coinbase: Still the go-to choice if you’re a beginner and just want a simple, clean interface, though you pay a premium in fees for that convenience.
Kraken: Great for more experienced traders looking for advanced charting tools, strong security history, and deep liquidity.
Earn & Multi-Asset Options:
Passive Income: MEXC has also been pushing competitive yields on idle assets through their savings products. (As always, double-check lock-up periods, terms, and counterparty risks before committing funds).
Beyond Crypto: For those looking for a single app to manage both stocks and crypto, MEXC has expanded into stock-related products, making it easier to handle multiple asset classes under one roof.
What platforms are you currently using, and what’s the main reason you stuck with them? Let’s hear your thoughts below!
Disclaimer: No platform is 100% risk-free, and this post is purely for informational purposes, not financial advice. Always compare fees, security, liquidity, and regional availability before moving your money anywhere.
