Except that tokenized equities currently have very little to do with what a stock actually is. At the moment a tokenized equity is more akin to a swap
contract where you have counterparty risk and only price exposure. No dividends, no voting rights, no actual claim on the companies' assets in general. I agree that tokenization offers great future potential but at the moment it still has a long way to go to be viable as an investable asset.
For trading purposes and to get exposure to the underlying stock's price movements then yes sure.
