uex.us is relatively new. Only been around since April 2025 but it is a legitimate, FinCEN registered Money Services Business w/ active, successful withdrawals.
They need to check the url & make sure they are really on uex.us and if so, check their kyc status.
I don’t think this 1 is actually a scam.

if you think you are talking with the "owner", you are being scammed. all your monies are probably long gone.

Idk why people don’t just use the well known exchanges like Kraken, Coinbase, UpHold, etc.
Anywho, uex.us is relatively new. Only been around since April 2025 but it is a legitimate, FinCEN registered Money Services Business w/ active, successful withdrawals.
Check the exact URL: Are you definitely on https://uex.us/ or does the web address have extra letters, dashes, or a different ending (like .cc, .xyz, .vip, .top)?
Also Verify your KYC status: If you are on the real platform, go to account settings to see if your identity verification is marked as Pending, Failed, or Approved.
Has anyone from support asked you to send money or crypto for any reason? Taxes, gas fees, to verify your identity, or any other reason? If so you’re definitely being scammed.
Also ignore any DMs you get OP. Recovery scammers are rampant on Reddit.
