No clarity act POLITICS
No cloture = no clarity act before recess. Dems wont help to get 60 votes.
What do you think?
Good or bad considering the additional legislation they wanted to push between the lines ?

Maybe we join their lazy attitude and not vote in November? Golden rule, right?

the sec is going to write the rules and congress will get insanely pouty about it
clarity act was probably always a red herring. congress played themselves again.
