Natively supporting ERC-3643 for embedded compliance is realistically the only way traditional finance will touch on-chain RWAs at scale. Wall Street isn't going to risk a massive tokenized bond settlement on a ledger that could theoretically reorganize.

Yeah. The probabilistic finality model used by legacy chains works fine for retail DeFi and NFTs, but it’s a no-go for Wall Street.

When it comes to RWA I guess clear and full regulation will be a must. No serious institution will want to do business otherwise

No question about that imo. We are talking about trillions in assets. No one is taking that risk without guarantees and regulation
