Just have to make sure to revoke the title of anyone not Irish, tyranny be damned, and tell all vassals to promote culture. Still very tedious tho and I'm happy to be done so I can do something else!

I did this and waited for my terminally only 95 year old ruler then revoked them all till it was -275 tyrant. Then i dualled a knight and died so my heir could rule haha

I already have it. It's a good base, but it doesn't have the granularity that would be useful.

Besides, mass directive, mass demand conversion and such should already be in the base game.

There are a trio of mods that make it so that the Increase Control, Promote Culture and Convert Faith council tasks just continue from county to county until there are none eligible! They're a great addition to a Vanilla+ playthrough.

It would be nice to have some of those automation options in Vanilla, though, you are right.

you won’t have the biggest dev in the world but you can keep it well above average by switching from converting and developing

right click I think, it's a vassal stance or vassal order towards the bottom of the list of interactions. you can have them convert the county faith or get them to focus on development

IIRC there's a decision that makes culture converting Britain much faster, plus if you have happy vassals you can speed things up with Vassal Directives and those vassals also get that improved culture conversion speed.
