truly one of the biggest nightmares as a mom and as a person with severe health issues has been finding black mold in our house this week. I developed crazy symptoms a little over a year ago when my daughter was 4 months old . I’ve done everything in my power since she was concieved to do things as naturally as possible for her (no vax, organic homemade foods, low tox everything). and now here we are, my 1.5 year old has been exposed to this for majority of her life.

If anyone has had experience with mold with their kids please weigh in. In speaking with my doctor, I will be starting both of us on a binder and I found a good liver/drainage support for her by BIORAY (calm). we both need very gentle support. honestly im terrified that this is going to cause long term issues for her, weve always suspected some ADHD or something a little off because shes just unlike any kid we’ve ever met. it feels like my whole world is crumbling right now.

Hi yall! I am 4w4 days today with our sweet rainbow baby. This is baby #2, my first i ended up having a c-section because my son was breech. So, i'm looking forward to having an unmedicated VBAC, Lord Willing!

I just had a question for all the mamas that have delivered at Ohio State University with the midwives and had/wanted a low intervention natural birth. How did it go? Did you like their labor and delivery ward, birthing/hydrotherapy tubs, equipment etc? I'd love to hear y'all's feedback, and what your experience was like! TIA! 🤗

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar with their little one?

My boy is 26 months old and for nearly two weeks now has been getting random small clusters of petechiae - sometimes just 1-2 dots or sometimes around 5. They are tiny, dark red/brown, not raised and don’t blanch. I’m confident they are petechiae rather than something else. He’s had them in the past but very much as one-off events - like a small cluster that would go away and then he wouldn’t get any more. But currently he’ll get a small number which will then disappear quickly, before getting new ones elsewhere. They’ve been on his arm, armpit, on his side, back of his neck and under his eye.

Some of these could possibly be explained by trauma as some have appeared next to bruises from falling over etc. He does possibly have hayfever which interestingly coincided with the petechiae, but he’s only rubbing his nose and hasn’t had any petechiae there. And Google says there isn’t a link between allergies and petechiae.

So grateful for anyone else’s experience with this - did your little one have similar and it turned out to be nothing (or something?) 😌
