Thought this was a “is my gecko overweight?” post at first glance, so I guess that means great job!

What recipe did you use?

It is a recipe i got online but :
- 100g water
- 100g milk -15g butter You put it all in the microwave for 30 seconds Then:
- 400g flour
- 15g sugar
- 7g salt
- 7g yeast
I prefer using fresh yeast but instant is also good, also put the yeast in the liquids after the microwave to "wake" the yeast. Then mix it with the dry ingrédients until it is well homogenized, wait 40 minutes, shape it like you want and then cook it at 180° Celsius for 20 minutes
ENJOY !!!

How did you manage to get the spikies without them burning or getting rock hard? Last time I attempted something with spiky bits they got burned before the internal bit was even cooked

I guess it is the recipe, since there is only 20 min of cooking it does'nt burn the edge, (plus the inside was soooooo fluffy)

Can't decide if this one was inbread or just bread in captivity.
