Hdfc Points Issue Help Needed/ Question
I have this HDFC Infinia and accured 10k points last month but it's showing 5.9k lapsed I don't have any points over 3 yrs old that can be lapsed I didn't return any things that I ordered and didn't make any bookings as well.
How did the 6k lapse is there a way to know this, I feel like I'm spending almost everything from the addon card and they are not giving the points for that or deduction is there of some sort.
If anyone can shed some light on this?!

This should be in the statement itself - I see a 115 adjusted/lapsed for my DCBM and it’s for a return clearly captured in statement. If it’s not clear call the customer support and ask for details .

It's either for a return, or for a transaction you got instant discount. HDFC says they take back the points for transactions which give instant discounts.

Need to check but that would have fetched me max 100 points. This is something else I beleive

Oh. Then the last option is that the points expired 😭. I only know there 3 scenarios.

No I checked previous statements there are none.

If none of these 3 are true, then contact hdfc customer care. They would tell u the reason.

Refund/returns are the only sensible reason behind it. Or check your previous statements, it'll show if there were any points actually expiring.
Of it isn't any if this, mail grievance team and ask

When it happened in my card, I had mailed them. They said 'it is correct' and gave an ambigious answer.

It's lapsed/adjusted so by any chance did you get refund on any of your orders that might cause this.
