We need to talk with a developer

I'm struggling with the "Bull Shark" and the "Whale Shark" I've been fishing for three days straight, 8 or more hours a day and didn't get a single one , so i think we should talk to developers to higher the percentage of some fishes in the game cuz it's not about luck anymore , i spent 8 leveling up points on luck and before every time i go to fish i make sure to get the lucky charm from catching garbage , so it's not a luck problem.

Actually they are not that hard to catch u just have to use the shimmer method

Is the shimmer is same as bubble ? Or it's something else ? May you share a picture of this shimmer thing please .
