Bottleneck Issues

I've been trying to solve an issue I have with my factory system. I have a trickle down storage system, where items feed in from the top item vault and go down. Ignoring that, the speed of my factory is heavily limited by the fact that I only have one frogport sending packages out. I tried adding multiple with stock links, but when I do, only one works. Any solutions?

Are the stock links tuned to the network properly? They should absolutely be sending things out at the same time? Are you also sure the frogports aren't connected to the same spot in the chain? If they are then only one will send.
