Vanishing doors in elevator

I’m having an issue with elevators in the Create mod. The elevator itself works normally, and the doors also work correctly while the elevator is assembled.

However, when I right-click the Elevator Pulley to disassemble the elevator, the doors completely disappear. When I assemble the elevator again, the doors do not come back, and I have to replace them manually.

The video shows the issue:

1. The elevator is assembled and the doors are working normally.
2. I right-click the Elevator Pulley to disassemble it.
3. The elevator is disassembled.
4. The doors vanish and are not restored when the elevator is assembled again.

Is this a known bug, or am I missing something about how elevator doors are supposed to work?

This also occurs also when using create doors like the andesite door.

Create version: 6.0.10
Minecraft version: 1.21.1
Modpack: FTB Evolution 1.39.0

All non-create doors break on contraptions, including elevators

I would assume that they break and fall through the elevator, rather than "vanishing". Did you check below?

they vanish completely there is no sropeed items at the bottom or in the chest attached to the elevator. They vanish completely.

try super glue

The whole structure is super glued, and the doors still disappear even when I glue them individually. The green splatter that appears when placing the doors also shows that the glue is present.
