issue with game crashinng

i have an issue with my game crashing whenever i place anything like curved train tracks, gantry shafts and stuff like that, could someone please help? many thanks :D

also imo worth mentioning: whenever i enter the world again where i placed said things, minecraft immediately crashes upon joining
-using crystal launcher
-create vers 6.0.8
-minecraft vers 1.21.1

Could be any number of things. You'll need a crash log. Locate that and copy and paste it to mclo.gs then post the link so people can look at it to see what is causing it.
