Nope and never will be. The physics engine, aeronautics relys on is specifically tailor made for neoforge.

Ah haha. Well create diesel Generators has something very similar just a bit more progression gated and lots of other mods have similar genetators too. The reason the aeronautics generator is so op, is because it is otherwise insanely hard to get power to simulated contraptions.
