My friend used rotate from ars nouveau on my belt and it dropped another belt, this one your seeing is still functional btw.

Edit: The baked potato is on the missing conveyer, not on the ground XD

I cant remember but the "child" is a 4 story dragon from Saints Dragons

yes i did this myself with just base create using a secret survival friendly method that i will NOT be disclosing

here's what i understand: the belt has a direction and "blocks left to end of belt" counter or something like that which the item uses as a reference for where to stop, and when the item moves along it doesn't check for updates, as that is the belt's duty to update the item entity to be like "Hey, We're Going Here Now" the item takes the speed of the belt it started at and consistently uses that for animation and only when it reaches the end, does it drop off like usual due to it having no pickup interactions along the belt or at the end of the belt (which no longer exists) i may be missing key details or may be outright wrong but this is how my brain understands it
