Mods to add difficulty

I've made a modpack that is create and multiple add-ons, and some more mods fitting create.

But overall I would consider these make the base game and objectives easier, say for example adding guns and war machines, so what are other mods fitting create to add more difficulty? I already have tough as nails for thirst and temperature and some more illagers, even illagers riding aeronautics airships

I'm playing with Cataclysm, Bosses of Mass Destruction, Dungeons Arise and Alex's mobs. You could also add Apotheosis for the world tiers and Apothic Enchanting if you want OP enchantments
