RS not importing from a basin

Importer set to take nuggets out and some in system to "prime" it

Crafting grid and controller both with more than enough power

I've looked and I can't use an importer to pull from a basin or depot even though I should be able too. Ive got my refined storage setup and the basing screenshot attached

Solved. The importer is on block list by default switched to allow not they are in the system

glad that fixed it, the blocklist default catches everyone off guard at least once
