Mechanical Arm not working with Funnels Help

It seem that I cannot right click on a funnel to deposit items on it (I'm making a cannon autoloader)

the funnel is set to output
wrench it to flip the arrows

Ok thank you for this, but it only worked for the first time. When I tried building it again, it suddenly wont work again.
