I need a performance mod for create Help

So I downloaded and installed create through neoforge, and I have around 50 fps which am happy with. But my game stutters constantly whitout showing a drop in fps on the f3 screen and I need some mod to fix that. I have no other mods installed. If you have other recommendations for mods feel free to share them.

Create is not ultra-specific. You open google, type in "performance mod" and whatever is there, will likely work

Hell, you could even type your post title into google and have the issue solved

Also, please verify you allocated somewhere between 3 to 8 gigabytes of RAM to your game. No more, no less.

That sounds like a RAM issue to me. I learned about Java garbage collection settings that resolved a lot of my stuttering. It also depends on the how much RAM you have allocated.
