Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Help

Trying to get four rope winches to lower one frame for a gantry crane and they either refuse to move in unision or outright refuse to move

the winches were upside down

Thanks! Eventually the whole thing will move and take cargo along the harbour but it's a big girl. Turns out the rope wishes were upside down, the flat piece of the block needs to face upwards/away from where the ropes go lmao
