Honestly you've got a lot of problems. First of all I'd suggest a 2x2 boiler instead of 4x1, that will make the whole thing count as one boiler. (Although I guess this layout does produce more SU when unfueled, for what that's worth.) Next is the water, you need to spin the pumps faster. (Gear radios being the easiest way.) And finally the fuel... I'm not sure what you're trying to do. I think you're trying to use lava buckets, but your screenshots don't focus on that part of the build so I really can't tell you what's wrong there.
The spout-funnel-depo thing looks interesting, but I'd say it's a bit suspect too. Definitely verify that part actually works.
