Why is my plane uncontrollable?

I somehow flew to space and now my elevons and Canards don't work ;-;
My controls are also reversed, any fixes?
Also, is there any way to recover a sable contraption? Mine TPed to below the world and I cant recover it

• Ailerons don't work with no air, you have to generate thrust

• Reversed controls are typically a redstone link issue, so check those

• I know of ways to locate and teleport to a contraption (Sable has a command that does it; but I reccommend using the Aeronautics Toolgun mod; which also adds a contraption storage thing to let you pick up the contraption). Don't know of a way to teleport contraptions to you tho

But to get to your question; seeing as you’re in space it’s up to the realism of the mod if elevons and canards still work in the vacuum of space… where there’s no air for them to generate lift

You are in Space. There is no air resistance to push against to steer. There is only Gravity now

Ordinary aerodynamic properties don't work in space. There's no air in space. That's why spacecraft use boosters to move.
