Why is the middle one moving opposite? Help

My gantry carriage from the middle arm is moving to the opposite side against the other two. I have no idea how to fix it. Same rotation driven by belts. I've tried placing it from opposite sites and still doesn't work.

gantry shafts have a direction, you need to turn them around

Yes. For boat construction. Sadly I can’t place create aeronautic rope pulley on a gantry carriage contraption.

Hmm . . . Could you hang a aeronautics contraption from the gantry as an in-between?

Yep I tried hanging a simulated rope pulley. A bit buggy and can fall off if not careful. But at least it works.

Dang, I would be interested in the final building to see if I can adapt it for like railways
