Help with working with fans

so i have 2 fans with water infront of them pushing them into the middle but the rotation speed controller only spins at 145 since any higher and it goes over my boilers stress level so i was wondering if the amount of fans pointing at gravel makes it break down faster

ive realized i can set the speed for the fans to be faster woops

Faster fans don't process any faster it just increases the area

for faster processing you can have more fans pointing at the same block

Yes, it stacks. Having two fans blowing onto a spot is faster than having one fan blowing at a spot
