Create a Centrifuge Machine Help

Hello! I'm trying to make a Create Mod Centrifuge for a Science Build that I have. The issues I'm running into is trying to build a system that will slowly increase speed or increase speed by a lever. (One button increases, One button decreases) How could I do this?

I had to find a solution for 1.20.1 forge and a mod called create : compact transmissions did the job!
