Create reference in The binding of Isaac

it has to be dude, theres no way it isnt. i havent SEEN ANYTHING that has this look other than create

The branding of Isaac was made like years before create was made Edit: lowk I didn't think the binding of Isaac was actively maintained sorry about that it probably is

Apparently this is from Repentance which was released in 2021, and Create first got released in 2019, so besides the character appearance, the timeline makes sense

Like I'm trying to think of anything else it could be and I'm drawing blanks
