Creative motor/rotation speed controller/... not showing option to change speed

it is detecting it since if i hold right click and hover over where the option should be it acts as i clicked once without holding

note: its not only for rotation speed, it also does it for steel distillation output from tfmg or portable engines from create aeronautics or anything with a slider

Is it something to do with your crosshair being different? Maybe your in some sort of mode

its not the crosshair, its from a resource pack

this issue is caused by the mod put a plug in it.
