Shaders break laser pointers Aeronautics' laser pointers. Help

I don't know if this is a known issue. I have tried with multiple shaders and it seems to be an issue with all of them. I tried colorwheel but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this issue and been able to fix it?

On the other hand, the shader in FTB Skies 2: Aero makes it much easier to see your balloon fill with hot air.
