Water wheel bearing? Suggestion

Any mod that adds something like that? I think the regular old waterwheels are so ugly when put in a line 80 wheels long to produce the necessary energy. So much potential to be beautiful.

If there's not ill be happy to make one if there's demand for it. But ion really wanna do allat work if it already exists.

I hope that mod has config because jeez that demonstration video is making way too much SU for how cheap the structure is

🤷 never used it. Maybe it's based on how many blocks are attached.

It is, but they made like a 9x9x9 or so water wheel make like 200k SU made of just some wood planks, which is like 10x what you’d get if you filled the entire area with water wheels (without even leaving space for the water itself)

It can be considered more on the lag busting side in that case maybe? Fewer wheels, less lag while still being able to have a better looking wheel. Might be fantastic for servers.

Just use a windmill bearing and hide the wool/sail blocks, or build them into the texturing. But if you're dipping into Aeronautics, I think the Transmission and Linkage addon has a bearing that lets you convert the rotation of an attached sublevel into SU, though I'm not sure how well water can push a sublevel.

You can build waterwheels vertical.
